Shipment Processing Time

Domestic:

All orders are processed and delivered within the next business day. 

International:

All orders are processed and delivered within 5 to 7 business days.

*Orders are not fulfilled on Saturday & Sundays or UAE public holidays.

Please Note: 
Customers are solely responsible for the accurate input of all delivery details.
 

Shipping rates

Domestic:

Free shipping in the United Arab Emirates.

International:

International orders are handled by express carriers to ensure fastest delivery times to different destinations. Specific shipping time and rates will be calculated at checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes:

HEAD TO HAT is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs, handling, etc.).

  • These fees are determined by local authorities at the destination and often charged once the package is processed at the port of arrival.
  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable once charged.
  • There may be delays in arrival of international deliveries beyond Head to Hat’s control due to customs clearance delays at departure and/or destination port.
  • Local customs are authorized to destroy/dispose of any shipment deemed undeliverable. These cases are not eligible for claim.

In the event of RTO (Return to Origin) once reasonable attempts have been made to contact the customer, all costs related to shipping and duties will be considered deductible from any return for store credit amount.

Damages

HEAD TO HAT is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
